For pleasure or necessity, often those with a PC has to do with tools monitoring or simple control components on your configuration. CPU-Z GPU-Z, often these software help us to understand which product is in a given PC or malfunctions occur.
Among the hardware components in vogue at the moment we find the SSD . There are several programs that allow you to monitor and test the performance of solid-state drives, but for some time it emerged in a new network software, SSD-Z , which aims to provide details on the SSD or other storage devices on your computer.
The software allows you to monitor parameters such as over-provisioning, the amount of written data and other information such as the controller, NAND and version firmware. There is also a benchmark (to be developed and so still not reliable) and some cards that offer a glimpse of partitions and SMART values
In short, it is not a program “definitive”, d ‘Anyway, it is still in the beta , but if it were to grow and become reliable could become a useful utility. We currently do not recommend it as a reliable tool, it is certainly not free of errors, but if you want you can find it on this site. Anyway, it’s nice that there is someone trying to work for the community, which will be able to better or not. Only the commitment and the idea is already worthy of our praise.
