The initiative of CNDCEC –
As of September 10th, it will be made available to members of the Order of Chartered Accountants a software application for the management of files concerning the professional mandate. This was announced by the CNDCEC: the application will allow the Wizard document highlighting the features of the service in the summary documents. Your use of the software will allow, in particular, to draw up the necessary documentation from the suit initial phase until the next administration: detailed quote, professional mandate, documentation for money laundering.
With the information n. 63/2015, the National Council of Chartered Accountants has announced that at its meeting of 17-18 June this year it was decided to made available to members of a software for management professional mandate . In the same session, also the CNDCEC approved the “ Facsimile of letter of appointment professional “, integrated into the software.
The software “Mandate” will be available free for all subscribers, who can download it from the website of the National Council, from from September 10, 2015 .
The CNDCEC – states in the information – aware of the importance of the challenge to its members, through the approval of the project wanted to make available tools and technological devices whose use, simple and immediate, combines widespread and high quality standards.
The equipment consists of a Application Software with integrated online services. The software, which benefits from previous developments allows management “wizard” in the identification of all the elements that characterize the professional service.
The use of the application will also allow to prepare all the necessary documentation being both proposition of subsequent management of the practice: detailed quote , professional mandate , documentation for the purpose of ‘ money laundering , privacy , etc.
For technical reasons and organizational explains CNDCEC, the dowload the software will be available with a schedule available on the login page to the system, which will allow optimum control of predictable flows of access.
