Brain Force Software is owned by Cegeka

Completed the acquisition of the consulting firm, the Belgian group now boasts a staff of over 3,200 people and can offer its cloud and managed services in 11 European countries.

Belgian group Cegeka has completed the acquisition of
 BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE GmbH (Germany), its subsidiaries and BRAIN FORCE SPA
 (Italy) by BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG. In the face of this acquisition, Cegeka offers
 time services in 11 European countries and includes a staff of over 3,200 people. The
 sales forecast for 2015 is 350 million euro.

Recall that the offer includes solutions Cegeka
 hybrid cloud (IaaS), remote management of infrastructure 24/7, service desk
 Multilingual, managed security services, software development methodology
 Agile and maintenance of applications.
