The Note no. 37533 of March 25 ‘s Agency Customs announced that is available the software package used by the trucking business operators to take advantage of the benefits on diesel use , to be determined on the amount of the product consumed in the first quarter of 2016 .
the Customs inform further that, with regard to diesel consumption made between 1 January and 31 March of this year , the statement necessary to the enjoyment of the tax benefits provided by current legislation should be made within 2 May 2016 and that the updated software for compiling and printing the statement is available on the Agency’s website, at www.agenziadogane.gov.it (Customs – In one click – Excise duties – for Benefits diesel fuel – diesel fuel Benefits Q1 2016) .
For those who do not use the Telematic Customs Service – EDI, the contents of the presented in the form of consumption statement paper and made pursuant to art. 47 and 48 of Presidential Decree n. 445/2000, must be reproduced in electronic format (CD-ROM, DVD, USB flash drive) to be delivered together with the same declaration.
