The Accreditation Body (PO) has made available in the Lombardy calculation software CENED + 2.0. Decisive action in implementing the provisions of the Lombardy Region and approved by resolution of the Regional Council of 17 July 2015, n. 3868 aiming to achieve “Provisions on the legal framework for the energy efficiency of buildings and their Energy Performance Certificate following the approval of the Ministerial Decrees for the implementation of Legislative Decree 192/2005″.
The calculation software CENED + 2.0 consists of two components that are compatible with all platforms: a calculation engine, combined processing algorithms, and a simplified user interface for data acquisition .
The two components, separated and integrated between them, are known respectively CENED + 2 + 2 Client and CENED Engine.
CENED + 2 Client implements the interface that the user certification / professional uses to enter the data and run the calculations (by masking the application CENED + 2 Engine) and generates a file for upload to the Land Registry Regional Energy Buildings (CEER).
CENED + 2 Motor is an application solver able to perform the calculations required by the technical reference in the evaluation of the energy performance of buildings.
