I n implementation of as provided by the Lombardy Region and approved by resolution of the Regional Council of 17 July 2015, n. 3868 aiming to achieve “Provisions on the legal framework for the energy efficiency of buildings and its Certificate of Energy Performance following the approval of the Ministerial Decrees for the implementation of Legislative Decree 192/2005″ (read here), the ‘ Accreditation Body (PO) provides software for calculating CENED + 2.0.

The calculation software CENED + 2.0 consists of two components that are compatible with all platforms: a calculation engine, combined processing algorithms and a simplified user interface for data capture.

The two components, separated and integrated between them, are known respectively CENED + 2 + 2 Client and CENED Engine:

• CENED +2 Engine is an application solver able to perform the calculations required by the technical reference in the evaluation of the energy performance of buildings.

 

• CENED + 2 Client implements the interface that the user certification / professional uses to enter the data and run the calculations (by masking the application CENED + 2 Engine) and generates a file for upload to the Land Registry Regional Energy Buildings (CEER).
