BlackBerry has announced the acquisition of Good Technology , US software company that offers some management suite in the enterprise mobile devices and their applications. The operation will cost $ 425 million in cash and should be completed soon, however, during the current fiscal quarter. The purpose of the acquisition is combine platforms mobile device management (MDM Mobile Device Management) and their applications (MAM, Mobile Application Management) now proposed by both companies and thus achieve a ‘ offer more cross combining their strengths.
