 SASSARI. Software developed in Sassari will reduce rescue time the disabled in emergency situations. Presented today, September 8, at a press conference, the program is the result of an agreement between the City, the provincial command of the Fire Department, University and Sardinian section of the Italian Society of Occupational Medicine, launched a year ago.

 

 The center of the trial, which the Participants gave results “surprising”, was the home for the elderly Casa Serena, managed by the City. The study has revealed a substantial improvement in the rescue time and in the treatment of the disabled in emergencies such as, for example, a fire.

 

 “The first contact with people in need – explained Luca Manselli, deputy commander of the provincial traffic police – it is in personal contact, accurate and pointing to reassure users.” In this way, it has been said, the staff also bears less stress and exploits the weaknesses of the disabled as if they were benefits. The software takes into account different variables that allow a more effective intervention, taking advantage of the calm spaces in the most rational way.

 

 The study took into account the personalized plan of American matrix, in which each patient has a profile designed to be taken when necessary. The meeting

with the press also attended by the commander of the outgoing provincial Fire Angelo Porcu, Mayor Nicola Sanna, Rector Massimo Carpinelli, the head of the Section Hygiene University, Ida Mura, and Antonello Serra of Italian Society of Occupational Medicine.
