It is available for free download software Docet. This is a new updated version, taking into account new technical rules and new national guidelines for energy performance certificates of buildings.
The software Docet v.3 has been made available by ENEA, in collaboration with the Institute for Construction Technologies of the CNR. It can be used for energy certification of residential buildings existing floor area exceeding 200m2, is the case that these are individual units or individual apartments in apartment buildings.
With the software you can assess the energy performance of the building from the input data that are obtained from analyzes carried out directly to the building existing, integrated with those obtained from databases and by analogy constructive with other buildings and plant systems.
