Comparex, an international IT provider specializing in licensing, in the supply of software, consulting and professional services, cloud-based, has acquired full control of Amando Software, German provider specializing in products for Software Asset Management, with the ‘aims to strengthen the continued expansion of SoftCare in the management of software licenses.
