Pixar , the known film production company famous for the production of feature films in computer graphics, has just decided to release free Renderman , software previously to retail for $ 1,300.
Renderman integrates a popular engine dimensional rendering that, among other things, allows you to create 3D characters, objects and scenes photorealistic using the same techniques used for the realization of all the latest cartoon that also carry the signature Disney.
Renderman can be downloaded for free and used without any kind of limitation (for example will not be present “stamps” on the video created nor is imposed any restrictions on the scene generated) provided that the use of the software is for personal use, for educational purposes, or study.

About deemed make commercial use of the software will instead pay the license fee, lowered to $ 495.
To use Renderman must necessarily be equipped with a 64-bit system. The application is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Mac OS X and with some Linux distributions.
