Surface and Surface Pro 3 RT receive new software updates – HDblog (Blog)

As with every second Tuesday of the month, Microsoft kicked off updates firmware dedicated to the tablet surface. In March, the Redmond has chosen to update only two of the models in the catalog, specifically Surface Pro 3 and Surface RT.

Dedicated to Surface Pro 3 is the update that focuses on driver Surface Pen Setting (new version 3.0.64) , to enable support of the new features available with the Surface App downloadable from Windows Store. [Link to the official page]

Surprisingly, and despite a project from the very uncertain future Windows RT, Microsoft has taken steps to further improve the software platform of the first original model, Surface RT , releasing the version 9.17.13.0907 driver set the Audio and Display accompanied by a changelog that refers to the improvement of the experience audio / video and stability of the system. The updates described above can be accomplished by using Windows Update. Microsoft points out that the release could not be made simultaneously for all models.

No new update for the Surface Pro 2, Surface and Surface Pro 2. Appointment, then next month for more news about it.
