Pescara common: a software to manage and green parks in the city – PrimaDaNoi.it

PESCARA. Improve the management of public parks and green, also increasing the security of the games available to children.
With this goal the Municipality of Pescara and ‘features, for some months now, a software called R3 Triees, presented to the press today.
He talked about the commissioner Adelchi Sulpizio explaining the operation of this application, already ‘included in fifty cities’ Italian, and that employees of the City are using, at this stage, to create a real database of public green.
Thanks to this software each plant will be ‘surveyed (with photos, location and possible problems) so’ as each game within the existing public parks and for each of them will exist ‘a kind of “cutting” that indicates the situation, the tasks to be undertaken and those carried out.
To take care of using the software will be the employees of the City who are just ten against that instead of 60 would be needed and that should take care of 55 parks, nature reserve, 15,000 plants and 1,200,000 square meters of green areas by mowing, as pointed out by the commissioner.
This application will ensure ‘even greater security with regard to children’s games that require some maintenance and for which, however, the City has just spent 140,000 euro for maintenance.

HOW IT WORKS
After entering the data, the software allows you to do a task scheduling control and maintenance, calculating costs and enabling operators to access the application in the field, signaling the various problems, filling boards inspection conducted by the element and recording the defects.
Later on software remains the track of the activities and who did what, and this allows you to document the safety and report the money that is spent for the maintenance of green areas. Each object has its own card with detailed location, photos, features and problems with the calculation of risks and the level of their content where you see which jobs are programmed and those who have to perform. The data are never deleted or modified and remain as evidence of the work done.
